At Helke Studio, each piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of handmade and made-to-order items, returns are limited.
    •    Returns or exchanges are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or defective.
    •    DIY kits and lighting components that have been assembled, installed, or altered are not eligible for return.
    •    Slight variations in color, texture, or shape are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
    •    Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or if there’s any issue with your order.
    •    Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.
